We are a Cave Creek family raising a competitive junior golfer who is also a high-achieving student. Like every parent in the Phoenix metro area, we want our son to play college sports at the right school, with the right coach and on a team where he can grow.
What we found out fast is the recruiting world is louder, slower and more confusing than anyone tells you. We tried the big platforms. We watched the same generic templates land in coach inboxes around the country. We listened to a college coach explain how mass produced emails get deleted on sight.
