Recruit2College LLC ("Recruit2College", "we", "us") is a college athletic recruiting consulting service based in Cave Creek, Arizona. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every purchase made through recruittocollege.com, including recruiting websites, recruiting packages, updates and Season Passes. By checking the agreement box at checkout or paying for a service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our services are for high school student-athletes, most of whom are minors. The person purchasing must be the athlete's parent or legal guardian, or an adult athlete purchasing for themselves. By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to provide the athlete's information and to approve a public website about them.
The design, layout and structure of the site are chosen by Recruit2College based on the athlete. If you tell us a preferred look, we will take it into account. Colors, sections, wording and photos are customized to the athlete; no site is a fixed template.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on the page where you order. Payment is collected in full at checkout through Stripe, our payment processor. Recruit2College does not see or store your card details. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. A receipt is emailed to you by Stripe.
New-client pricing, where shown, applies to your first recruiting website purchase.
After checkout we email you a short form for what we need for your athlete's sport and position (film link, photos, stats, academics). Most builds are completed within a few business days of receiving those materials. The build timeline starts when your materials arrive, not at checkout.
If we have not received your materials within ninety (90) days of purchase, we will contact you. You may then send the materials, hold your purchase as a credit, or request a full refund.
Nothing publishes without your approval. You receive a private preview link, tell us what to change, and we keep adjusting within the scope of the service until you are happy with it.
Updates cover the content of the existing site. A new design, a second athlete or a new site is a separate purchase.
By providing photos, film, stats, academic information and other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them and to have them published on the athlete's site. Action photos are often owned by the photographer who took them; please ask before sending professional photos. You are responsible for the accuracy of stats, measurables and academic information you provide.
You grant Recruit2College permission to use, resize, crop and edit the materials as needed to build and host the site. We may remove any material we reasonably believe infringes someone else's rights or is inappropriate for a recruiting site.
If you check the optional box at checkout, you also give Recruit2College permission to feature the athlete's finished site — name, school and photos — on our website and social media. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us, and we will remove the feature.
Recruit2College hosts the finished site and keeps it online while the athlete is being recruited. The content you provide remains yours. The site's design, code and structure remain Recruit2College's. We can take the site down at any time on your written request, and we may retire sites that have been inactive for an extended period after notifying the email on file.
We do our best to keep sites available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted hosting and are not responsible for outages caused by hosting providers or events outside our control.
A recruiting website makes an athlete easier for coaches to find and evaluate. It does not guarantee that any coach will respond, visit, make an offer, or that the athlete will receive a roster spot, scholarship or admission. Recruiting decisions are made by colleges and their coaches, and results depend on many factors outside our control, including the athlete's ability, academics, timing and eligibility.
Any commitments, statistics or results shown on our website are real examples shared with the family's permission and are not a promise of a similar result.
Recruit2College is an independent consulting service and is not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA or any college. We do not contact coaches on an athlete's behalf as a third-party agent, and coach outreach materials we prepare are sent under the athlete's name. You remain responsible for following the eligibility rules of your athlete's governing bodies and school.
Athlete sites we build use Microsoft Clarity, a website analytics tool, so we can see how coaches use the sites and improve how we design them. We use this information internally, and we may share it in anonymized, aggregate form (for example, the number of states from which our athletes' sites have been opened) to describe our services. We do not publish visitor-identifying information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recruit2College's total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If a problem comes up, contact us first — nearly everything can be resolved with an email or a phone call. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The version you agreed to at checkout applies to that purchase; the date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
