Parents ask us two things: “What do we send coaches?” and “Is anyone even looking?” The Locker answers both. It’s a private page on your athlete’s site that writes the coach email for you, then shows, school by school, what happened after it went out.

How Email a coach works
  1. Pick the school. Start typing the name and tap it in the list.
  2. Find the coach. Tap Find the coaches to open the school’s staff page, then copy the coach’s last name and email.
  3. Read the email. It’s already written in your athlete’s words with their link inside. Change anything you like.
  4. Tap send. Choose Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo. It goes from your own email, and replies come straight to you.

When someone at that school opens the link, the school shows up under Your colleges.

You can, but you don't have to. We've watched how coaches read these pages and we'll pick the layout that fits your athlete, sport and position. If you've seen a look you love, tell us at checkout. Either way you see a private preview before anything goes live, and colors, sections, stats and wording are all built for your athlete. Nothing is a template. Every site also has a one-click print button that turns it into a profile sheet: the one-page handout most families piece together in Canva and hand out at camps and showcases. Ours is built from the site itself, so it matches, carries QR codes to the film, and never goes stale.
