Who We Are

Recruit2College LLC is a college athletic recruiting consulting service based in Cave Creek, Arizona. We help student-athletes build recruiting profiles, identify target college programs, and execute personalized coach outreach campaigns.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our services at recruittocollege.com.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Athlete name, graduation year, high school and sport
• Athletic statistics and measurables
• Contact information including email address and phone number
• NCAA Eligibility Center ID
• Social media handles and highlight video links
• Photos and film you send us for an athlete website, and the consent choices you make at checkout

We also collect standard website usage data such as pages visited and device type through our hosting provider Netlify. We also use Microsoft Clarity, a website analytics tool that records how visitors interact with our pages (clicks, scrolling, and navigation) to help us improve the site. Clarity uses cookies and masks text entered into forms. Athlete websites we build also use Clarity so we can see how college coaches use them and improve our designs; we may share that information only in anonymized, aggregate form (for example, how many states a site has been opened from) and never publish visitor-identifying details. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

• With college coaches as part of your recruiting outreach campaign, which is the core service you hired us to perform
• With service providers who help us operate our business, including Netlify (website hosting and form submissions), Stripe (payment processing), Microsoft Clarity (website analytics) and Google (email delivery)
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights

All coach outreach documents are sent under the athlete's name only and contain no Recruit2College branding, in compliance with NCAA recruiting regulations.

Data Security

We use HTTPS across our entire website. Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms. We do not store payment information directly as payments are processed through Stripe. No system is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at recruit2college@gmail.com.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information
• Opt out of any marketing communications

Children and Student-Athletes

Our services are designed for high school student-athletes, many of whom are minors. We collect athlete information only with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or guardian. Parents may contact us at any time to review, update or delete their child's information.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
