Recruit2College LLC is a college athletic recruiting consulting service based in Cave Creek, Arizona. We help student-athletes build recruiting profiles, identify target college programs, and execute personalized coach outreach campaigns.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our services at recruittocollege.com.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Athlete name, graduation year, high school and sport
• Athletic statistics and measurables
• Contact information including email address and phone number
• NCAA Eligibility Center ID
• Social media handles and highlight video links
• Google account authorization (Gmail access, described below)

We also collect standard website usage data such as pages visited and device type through our hosting provider Netlify.

How We Use Google and Gmail Access

Our draft delivery system allows us to place personalized coach outreach emails directly into your Gmail drafts folder. To do this, you authorize our application to access your Google account using Google OAuth.

Here is exactly what we do and do not do with that access:

• We use Gmail access solely to create email drafts in your drafts folder
• We do not read your existing emails
• We do not send emails on your behalf without your review
• We do not store, share or sell any Gmail content
• You review every draft and hit send yourself
• You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

• With college coaches as part of your recruiting outreach campaign, which is the core service you hired us to perform
• With service providers who help us operate our business, including Netlify (website hosting) and Google (email delivery)
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights

All coach outreach documents are sent under the athlete's name only and contain no Recruit2College branding, in compliance with NCAA recruiting regulations.

Data Security

We store your Google OAuth refresh token in a secured Google Sheets database with restricted access. We use HTTPS across our entire website. We do not store payment information directly as payments are processed through Stripe.

No system is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at recruit2college@gmail.com.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your information
• Revoke Google OAuth access at any time through myaccount.google.com under Connected Apps
• Opt out of any marketing communications

Children and Student-Athletes

Our services are designed for high school student-athletes, many of whom are minors. We collect athlete information only with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or guardian. Parents may contact us at any time to review, update or delete their child's information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
