A private page on your athlete’s site, unlocked with a family PIN. When you email a coach using a link from the Locker, it shows what happened at that school: opened it, read it, watched the film, came back another day. It measures activity, not interest, and it can’t tell you which person at a school clicked. We filter out college mail-security systems that open every link automatically, so the list errs toward missing a quick look rather than inventing one. Included with every build.

Six quick questions at checkout: athlete name, grad year, sport, film link, your email and mobile. Right after that we email you a short form for photos, stats, academics and schedule, built for your athlete’s sport so it only asks for what matters. Most families finish it in one sitting.

Most builds are completed within a few days of receiving your athlete’s details. You get a private preview link to review, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

Yes. Any sport, any level: high school varsity and JV, club and travel teams, freshman year through senior season. We tailor the stats and measurables to what matters in your sport, and the Print Profile becomes that sport’s version of the handout: a profile sheet for softball, a player profile for baseball, a résumé for golf.

Your first 30 days of updates are free. After that a full refresh is $79: stats, photos, film, schedule, academics and the print sheet brought current in one pass. If the numbers change all season, the Season Pass is $349 a year and includes one refresh every month; it does not auto-renew. Send changes through the update form and they go live in that week’s batch.

Only what you approve. You see a private preview of every word and photo before anything publishes, and you can ask us to change or remove anything later. The Player’s Locker is never public; it is unlocked with your family PIN.

Yes. Your site links out to the profiles you already have, like Hudl, Perfect Game, PBR, MaxPreps, GameChanger or NCSA, so coaches get one link that points to everything.

The content you provide stays yours; the design and code are ours, and we host the site while your athlete is being recruited. We take the site down any time you ask in writing. Details are in our Terms of Service.

Because we are not starting from a blank page. A designer quoting $1,000 to $2,500 is building from scratch, and most of that cost is discovery, revisions and hourly design time. We have already built and tested recruiting layouts by watching coaches use them, so the remaining work is customizing them to your athlete. Same finished result, far less time to get there.

Earlier than most families think. Freshman year is the time for foundation work, including building a highlight video and an introductory email. Sophomore year is when active outreach should begin. Junior year is the most critical window, especially for D1 contact, which opens September 1 of junior year. Senior year is still very active for D2, D3, NAIA and JUCO programs. The NCAA Eligibility Center confirms academic and amateur status for athletes who want to compete at D1 or D2 schools. Most families register at the start of junior year. D3 and NAIA programs do not use the NCAA Eligibility Center, so confirm your athlete’s division target before deciding on a registration timeline.

D1 programs offer the highest level of competition and the most athletic scholarships. D2 blends academics, athletics and partial scholarships. D3 does not offer athletic scholarships but provides high-level competition with strong academic fits and need or merit aid. NAIA is a separate association with its own rules and a strong scholarship environment, often with smaller schools and a flexible recruiting calendar. Each path has real benefits depending on your athlete’s goals.

Typically twelve to thirty-six months from first outreach to a roster commitment. The strongest results come from a steady presence with the right coaches over time, not a single email blast. A recruiting website gives coaches one link to come back to the whole way through.

Look at the full picture: academic profile, sport-specific stats, current level of play and your family’s goals. Some athletes are clear D1 fits. Many will compete at D2, D3, NAIA or JUCO. There is a right division and a right path for nearly every committed athlete.

Coaches want to hear from the recruit. When emails come from your athlete’s own account, coaches see authentic outreach from a real prospect, it keeps communication in line with NCAA expectations, and it makes a stronger first impression than a message from a third party.

No one can honestly guarantee a college roster spot; coaches make recruiting decisions. What we guarantee is a polished, coach-ready site built around your athlete, previewed and approved by you. Our work is to give your athlete the best possible chance of being seen by the right programs.

Yes. Website clients add it with the Elite Upgrade for $600: a strategy call, 20 schools, 20 coach emails and the Roadmap. Starter clients can move up to Elite for the $900 difference. Nothing gets rebuilt; we start from your site.
