Recruit2College LLC builds custom recruiting websites for high school athletes and offers college recruiting services, based in Cave Creek, Arizona. We help student-athletes build recruiting websites and profiles, identify target college programs, and reach out to college coaches.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use our services at recruittocollege.com.

We also collect standard website usage data such as pages visited and device type through our hosting provider Netlify. We also use Microsoft Clarity, a website analytics tool that records how visitors interact with our pages (clicks, scrolling, and navigation) to help us improve the site. Clarity uses cookies and masks text entered into forms. Athlete websites we build also use Clarity so we can see how college coaches use them and improve our designs; we may share that information only in anonymized, aggregate form (for example, how many states a site has been opened from) and never publish visitor-identifying details. Player’s Locker. Athlete websites we build include a private Player’s Locker page for the athlete’s family, unlocked with a family PIN. To power it, the athlete site records visit activity: which tagged link was used (for example, the name of a college the family emailed), whether the visitor scrolled, how long they stayed, whether they played the film, printed the profile or tapped email or phone, and whether they returned. We do not record names, email addresses or IP addresses of visitors for the Locker, and we filter out automated email-security scanners. This activity is shown only to the athlete’s family and to us, and is stored with Cloudflare, our Locker hosting provider. A family can ask us to turn the Locker off or delete its activity at any time. Athlete websites are hosted on Cloudflare, which also keeps basic, cookie-free page-view counts. Every athlete site links back to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:
All coach outreach documents are sent under the athlete's name only and contain no Recruit2College branding, in compliance with NCAA recruiting regulations.
We use HTTPS across our entire website. Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms. We do not store payment information directly as payments are processed through Stripe. No system is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately at recruit2college@gmail.com.

Our services are designed for high school student-athletes, many of whom are minors. We collect athlete information only with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or guardian. Parents may contact us at any time to review, update or delete their child's information.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
